Looks like I'm not alone in this situation! I reached out with a question a couple of days back about the order I was hoping to make. The alert mentioned I'd get a reply within a day. But I didn't hear a peep, so I went ahead and placed the order today since I really need those lenses. The payment was processed right away, but then they canceled it a few hours later because they didn't have enough stock. Just got an email saying my refund will come in 3 to 5 days! Meanwhile, I gotta find someone else to help me out. This was a major order for a whole year's worth. Why on earth does the site let you order stuff that's out of stock? It's ridiculous, steer clear of them!

Quick shipping and a fair price. Had a small hiccup with the lens count (I asked for 270 but received only 240), but it was sorted out promptly and nicely.

Easy and clear

Wow, just wow. I found myself in the same boat with my order getting canceled. I made my purchase online yesterday, and by the next day, I received emails saying it was canceled and that a refund would be issued (but I still haven't seen it). I'm starting to think this shady shop is just after customer info, and the worst part is they might be trying to snag debit card details too...

Caution to Shoppers: this company lacks proper customer service. I placed an order for two packs of Acuvue Trueyes 90 lenses about a week and a half ago, and I kept reaching out for updates on my delivery. Today, I finally got a cancellation notice saying they can't fulfill my order because they don't have enough stock. Many of their products seem super cheap, but they ain't really in stock. Just spend a little extra and get your stuff delivered!

I placed my order on a Sunday and got a confirmation that the lenses were available. The site says you get free next day delivery for orders over £59, but that’s not what happened. I had to settle for the 3-5 day free delivery option. Now, on the fifth day, they’ve gone and cancelled my order! What a waste of time!

Regrettably, my experience with Glam Lenses was a total letdown, even with their low prices. I made two purchases, and both got refunded without any reason given, even though their site claimed the lenses were available. I tried calling several numbers, but none of 'em worked or were accurate. I shot off some emails too, but only got a single response back.

I can say for sure that I won't be placing any orders with Glam Lenses again and wouldn't suggest them to anyone - their customer service is just terrible.
